• Check-in: 15:00 – 23:30 (please inform the hotel in advance of your arrival time using the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting the property directly)
• Check-out: 11:00 – 11:30

Guests & Children

• There is no minimum age for check-in.
• To see accurate prices and occupancy information, please include the number of children in your group and their ages.

Cot & Extra Bed Policies

• 0 – 2 years: Cot available upon request, free of charge.
• All cots are subject to availability.
• No extra beds are available at this property.

Pets

• Pets are allowed free of charge.

Smoking & Events

• No smoking is allowed.
• Parties, including hen, stag, or similar gatherings, are not permitted.

Breakfast

• Breakfast is provided as a packaged meal delivered to the room between 09:00 and 11:00.

Cancellation / Prepayment Policies

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
